Your Options After Google Delete YouTube From Roku

Google and Roku were unable to agree on a new deal. Because of it, on December 9th, the YouTube app will be removed from the Roku platform, which also means that access to YouTube TV will be closed to all users. Until the companies agree on new terms of cooperation, you will have to look for other options. Basically, you have two main ways and a third spare one after December 9th.
Option 1: Ditch Roku. You can choose any other streaming platform that supports YouTube. In this matter, you are limited only by your own budget, which you are ready to spend on purchasing new equipment. If you have the latest generation television with SmartTV technology, you shouldn't have much trouble using YouTube. Besides, you can stream videos from any other device. If your television is not as modern, you can purchase hardware like Chromecast with Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Nvidia Shield, or Apple TV 4K.
Option 2: Ditch YouTube. If your priority is the service that Roku offers, then you better unsubscribe from YouTube TV. You can watch free content that is available on the Roku Channel, and in addition to it, purchase a compact antenna to expand the list of available options. You can also install apps like Pluto to stay on top of sports and world news, or subscribe to another streaming service like Hulu With Live TV, Watch Now, Philo, or FuboTV.
Option 3: Take a break from television. Large companies will eventually agree on new terms, and it is quite possible that you do not have to do anything. Therefore, do not rush; take a break from watching TV and go for a walk.
Please tell us how the conflict between Roku and Google affected you. Which side are you on in this confrontation? Which service are you going to choose? Do you have any alternative platforms on your mind?
